About the APXformer

The APXformer is a next-generation reformer designed by Slow Resistance Training Master Trainers to deliver optimal resistance, smooth transitions, and intuitive setup. It’s engineered to support both traditional Pilates and modern strength-based method Slow Resistance Training.

How is it different from a traditional reformer?

Every element of the APXformer—from the spring tension curve to the platform angles—was designed to match natural biomechanics and maximize time under tension. It’s built for strength, endurance, and stability while maintaining the flow and control Modern Pilates is known for.

We provide a guide of how to set up your machines. We can also coordinate shipping, assembly, and on-site setup worldwide for an additional fee. Installation support varies by region, and we’ll help ensure a seamless delivery process.

SRT Signature Training is included in the purchase of your APXformers so your Instructors are set to know how to use the APXformer. Our equipment is designed to help trainers teach with safety and precision—maximizing what a machine can do for your studio.

Maintenance & Warranty

How do I maintain my APXformer?

We recommend wiping down the machine daily and checking springs, pulleys, and cables regularly for tension and alignment. Our full care guide is included with every order.

What warranty do you offer?

The APXformer comes with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty covering the machine parts and craftsmanship under normal studio use.
